New Apartment and Life Update

So after 2 weeks of being homeless (well, it turns out we have awesome friends here, so when I say homeless, I mean we slept on cots and couches in other peoples homes, but luckily we had a place to stay), Blake and I are finally in our new apartment! And we have wireless internet! This may not seem like such a big deal, but you know how annoying it is to call customer service? Try doing in with a language you barely speak. Those voice commands where you speak what your problem is? Yeah, super annoying when you just want to reach customer service and they cant understand you! Plus, I am still not sure what they signed me up for. Hopefully we will get ESPN though! Fingers crossed! (Or as they say here, Hold your thumbs!)

Anyways, to sum up my life in the past 2 weeks- Blake's sister Giselle and her friend Andrea came to visit us from Dresden, Germany over Easter weekend (an extended blog post will follow), the weather is finally starting to be nice here (around 50-60 and sunny most days), I joined a soccer team and scored 2 goals in my first game, and I played poker with some of Blake's friends and won! Blake said I was like playing against Kenneth on 30 Rock- a blank slate. Ha!
